mums is heavily sick in the morning and she kept lying on the bed the whole day.so i decided to do something special for her as she bought me a new levis yesterday.yeah!
as a filial son,i decided to cook her a light fish porridge bfast..ohhhh,so sweetttt..x)
went to my hse dwnstairs the market and bought some fish slices and the chicken stock in a packet.i think i got conned or smth,10 slices of fishes cost me arnd 6bucks.the uncle said in mandarin"ZHE GE YU SHI HEN SING SIAN DE!!GANG GANG LAI DE"(the fish is very fresh,jus got imported.)whathever.jus buy it.went to KOUFU and bought a packet of rice den. ok went home,mums still slping drowsily due the the medicine side effects.

OKAY!NOW CHIEF DANIEL TEACH U PEEPS HOW TO COOK A NICE MEAL!

1st-boil the chicken soup
2nd-marinate the fish slices with soya sauce,sesame oil,salt,pepper and some olive oil.(learned from jamie oliver shows)
3rd-put the marinated fish slices into the fridge for 1hour to let the taste get into the fish.
4th-i was dumb to boil the soup 1st,so reboiled it again.
5th-put the marinated fish slices into the soup.
6th-put in the rice
-MISSION ACCOMPLISHED-its seems easy,but it was so so godamn tough okay!


i pour into a small bowl,leave a small portion for myself.
went to wake mum up.so she was like abit surprised..she ate i and sayed very "nice" RELUCTANLY!den i went to eat it for myself.i was then omFg! the fish was overcooked.the soup is not suitable for fish porridge..we both den laughed.. but she still finshed the whole bowl,its not the taste in it,its the love and effort put in it. try applying it in ur love life too.

2dae was a very rare day because it has been like many years me and my mum stayed home all day..either she goes out or i goes out on sat.. she den sayed,save some for dad!HAHA!okok..i think she was touched or smth caz im doing this the 1st time..


i admit i hate my mum till i wna kill her(blahs,random joke) but emotions were running high at that moment.. think abt wad she contributed to these 15 years jus to raise up me. and wad i gave her back was jus shitty attitude,shitty results ,late come homes,being rebelilloius.wadever the spelling*
